Full-time | Field-based with remote flexibility About The Testing Agency We are looking for an A player to make an impact. The Testing Agency is the fastest-scheduling, fastest-turnaround asbestos and lead testing company in the restoration space. We work with water damage and property damage restoration companies across California - and we have built everything around making their jobs faster, easier, and more reliable. We are growing and we are looking for someone who is hungry, personable, and ready to get in front of people. The Role This is an in-person, relationship-driven sales role. You will be out in the field every day meeting with restoration contractors, mitigation companies, and property damage professionals across San Diego - showing them how we can make their jobs easier. You do not need to have sold environmental testing before. But you do need to understand the world our clients live in. If you have sold services into construction, restoration, mitigation, remediation, or a related trade industry - you already speak the language and you will hit the ground running. What to Expect Day to Day 8-10 client and prospect visits per day across your San Diego territory A mix of scheduled meetings and drop-in visits to restoration offices, job sites, and contractor locations Pipeline logging and follow-up activity managed through our CRM Weekly check-ins with leadership on territory progress and opportunities Occasional industry events, trade association meetings, and networking functions What You Will Do Get in front of restoration, mitigation, and property damage companies across San Diego Build relationships with owners, project managers, and coordinators Present our service model and show clients how faster, more reliable testing improves their operation Follow up consistently and manage your pipeline with discipline Identify new opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry events Represent the company with professionalism and energy in every interaction What We Are Looking For 2+ years of in-person or field sales experience in a service-based industry Background in construction, restoration, mitigation, remediation, or a related trade is strongly preferred Comfortable talking shop with contractors and project managers - you understand how their business works Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and activity Strong communicator who follows through and builds trust quickly Competitive by nature and looking to grow with a company that is going places Why TTA $60K draw against commission with uncapped earning potential Mileage reimbursement provided PTO | 401k | Medical, Dental & Vision available A service that sells itself - fast scheduling, fast turnaround, and a team that delivers A company that invests in how it operates and how it grows Supportive team and infrastructure behind you from day one Real opportunity to grow as we expand nationally To Apply Apply with your resume and a brief note on your sales background and the industry you have been selling into.
