We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Sales Representative to assist disabled veterans in navigating the VA disability claims process. This role focuses on high-volume inbound and outbound calls, eligibility verification, scheduling, and providing empathetic, solution-focused support.JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with disabled veterans
- Verify eligibility, collect documentation, and schedule appointments across time zones
- Educate veterans on available resources and VA disability claim support
- Provide empathetic guidance and answer questions about the claims process
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal experts to ensure personalized veteran support
- Stay up to date on VA policy changes and communicate relevant updates
- Meet performance goals, including generating 15 qualified leads weekly
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Passion for supporting disabled veterans and making a meaningful impact
- Experience in sales, customer service, or high-volume call environments preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to build rapport quickly
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required
- Knowledge of VA benefits/claims process is a plus, not required
