Job Description:

Legacy Homes is seeking a motivated and results-driven Exterior Home Improvement Sales Representative or Canvasser to join our growing team in the Twin Cities area. This role focuses primarily on roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and deck projects. If you thrive in a performance-based environment, enjoy working directly with homeowners, and want the freedom of uncapped earnings, this is an excellent opportunity. Leads and training are provided to help you succeed, along with the support and tools needed to close deals confidently.

Responsibilities:

Generate and manage leads through company-provided opportunities, referrals, and door-to-door prospecting Meet with homeowners to set appointments and assess project needs to provide accurate estimates Guide customers through design selections, materials, and project options Present solutions and confidently close sales or set appointments for closers Manage projects from initial consultation through contract signing Build strong customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business

Requirements:

1+ years of sales experience preferred (home improvement or construction is a plus) Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills Ability to learn estimating and product knowledge quickly Comfortable with in-home sales and door knocking Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn and succeed in a commission-based role Why Legacy Homes?
