Location:
this person must live in the Midwest U.S. (i.e. (MN, WI, IA, NE, SD, ND) preferably, IA, MN or WI. Experience with barn layout, herd management, and farm financial documentation is a plus Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Comfortable working independently and within a team Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms Ability to read blueprints and floor plans Travel Requirements Willing and able to travel 60-80% of the time across the Midwest U.S. (MN, WI, IA, NE, SD, ND) Why Join GEA? The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $80,000- $100,000 per year.
