Build rapport with subcontractors and clients.
Manage client bid requests.
Request project pricing and verify scope of work.
Develop proposals for clients.
Coordinate sold projects with subcontractors and clients.
Follow up before, during and after the project with subcontractors and clients.
Process subcontractor invoices and prepare client invoices for and A/R and A/P.
General filing and office procedures. Position Requirements High school diploma/GED (preferred) At least 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experience Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications. We utilize a cloud-based system to include Microsoft 365 products and Act (CRM platform)
Starting pay to be determined on incoming skill level.
