Job Description

Sales Support Specialist Are you a customer-focused professional who enjoys supporting a sales team, building relationships, and being the person everyone relies on to keep things running smoothly? We're partnering with a growing medical equipment company looking to add a Sales Support Specialist to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to play a key role in supporting both customers and sales activities. Responsibilities will include:
Supporting the sales team with day-to-day activities Managing customer inquiries and communications Following up on customer requests and orders Maintaining CRM records and customer information Assisting with lead follow-up and customer outreach Coordinating with multiple departments to ensure excellent customer service Helping organize and prioritize business activities No two days will be exactly the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and taking ownership of their work. What We're Looking For Essential Skills & Experience Customer service experience Strong communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working independently Positive, energetic, and professional personality
CRM Experience Preferred:
NetSuite Also considered: Salesforce Other CRM platforms The company can teach the products and industry knowledge. The priority is finding someone with the right attitude, customer focus, and organizational skills. $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
