As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of our front-line team, interacting daily with our sales team and other vendor support personnel. HubSpot (or similar CRM) experience is preferred. Managing GSA schedules is a plus, it is by no means necessary. We value self-direction, teamwork, ambition, creativity, strong writing skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit. What You Will Be Doing:
Assisting a team of 45 salespeople with administrative support in a timely and professional manner Completing and submitting vendor registration forms for the sales team Customer payment portal registration and troubleshooting Lead list input in Hubspot and lead distribution to the team Maintenance, updates, and improvements for two GSA schedules, MatterHackers and Computer and Peripherals Group, Inc (aka Source Graphics) Completing government supplier forms Purchase Order tracking Track and manage education and government bids, ensuring timely completion and submission of bid packets. Assisting and receiving training from a generous and supportive team of Account Managers and Sales Associates. You'll be mentored by an inspiring Sales Manager and guided daily by a creative and fun Vice President of Strategic Partnerships who writes her own job descriptions because she genuinely cares about the team. What You Need for this
Position:
Strong organizational skills with a meticulous, thorough, and detail-oriented work ethic. Positive, friendly, helpful demeanor Quiet, professional, remote work space suitable for video calls (computer and headset can be provided) College degree preferred.
Proactivity:
A proactive approach to identifying potential challenges and addressing them early. Ability to troubleshoot issues and find efficient solutions independently. Passion for helping businesses, educators, and government entities. Desire to be part of an entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment that thrives on flexibility and autonomy. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (your cover letter is an excellent opportunity to grab our attention!). Experience with or eagerness to learn productivity tools including HubSpot, Google Docs, Google Sheets, HelpScout, and Gmail.
