International Food Products Corporation (IFPC) is seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team at our corporate office in Fenton, Missouri. This role is designed for early career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in B2B Sales, learn how a food ingredient business truly operates, and grow into a full sale role with mentorship and structure. The Sales Trainee Program is a six-month-long full-time program that builds business knowledge and sales capability through structured rotations, training, and hands-on field experience—followed by a transition into a full-time sales role in an assigned territory.

Responsibilities Include:

Rotate through key departments (Customer Service, Purchasing, Traffic & Logistics, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain) to understand how the business runs. Receive foundational training in IFPC's products, customers, and consultative selling approach. Travel with experienced sales reps, observe customer meetings, and build real-world selling skills. Work closely with Sales Support, R D, and internal teams to strengthen communication, follow-through, and relationship-building. The successful candidate must have the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of personal accountability and follow‑through Willingness to learn and receive coaching Professional presence and positive attitude
