Position Overview TAI USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development & Industry Relations Representative (Aerospace/Defence) to support the company's strategic growth, partner engagement, and government relations activities in the United States. This part‑time role focuses on identifying new partnership opportunities, strengthening existing relationships, supporting industry and government outreach, and contributing to TAI USA's long‑term business development objectives. The selected candidate will work closely with senior leadership to expand TAI USA's network across aerospace, defense, government, and technology sectors, while representing the company in a professional and strategic manner. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Market Engagement Identify, evaluate, and pursue new partnership opportunities across aerospace, defense, technology, and government sectors. Analyze U.S. aerospace and defense market trends to identify growth areas, risks, and strategic opportunities. Support development of business development plans, opportunity pipelines, and strategic outreach initiatives. Engage with potential partners to understand their needs, priorities, and alignment with TAI's capabilities. Represent TAI USA at industry events, conferences, and government engagements. Partner Relations & Strategic Collaboration Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, suppliers, and industry stakeholders. Facilitate communication between TAI USA and U.S. partners to support ongoing collaboration and project alignment. Support development of joint initiatives, partnership proposals, and strategic cooperation frameworks. Assist in preparing presentations, capability briefs, and partner‑facing materials. Government & Stakeholder Relations Support outreach to U.S. government agencies, research institutions, and relevant public‑sector stakeholders. Track federal and state-level aerospace/defense initiatives, funding opportunities, and policy developments. Maintain professional communication with government representatives and industry associations. Assist in coordinating meetings, briefings, and follow‑up actions with government and institutional partners. Cross‑Functional Coordination Collaborate with internal teams in the U.S. and Türkiye (engineering, programs, supply chain, commercial). Serve as a communication bridge between TAI USA leadership and external partners. Support preparation of reports, summaries, and recommendations for senior management. Ensure alignment of U.S. business development activities with TAI's global strategy. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, partner relations, government relations, or strategic engagement roles within the aerospace/defense industry. Strong understanding of U.S. aerospace and defense markets, government programs, and industry dynamics. Demonstrated experience building and managing relationships with industry partners, government agencies, or defense organizations. U.S. Citizenship required (in compliance with U.S. international trade regulations). Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and represent the company professionally. Ability and willingness to travel. How to apply?
