Job Summary Are You a Hunter? Century Document Imaging and Century Litigation Support are seeking a highly motivated, experienced sales professional who thrives on opening doors, developing new relationships, and acquiring business. This is not a maintenance-account position. We are looking for a proven business development professional who enjoys identifying opportunities, making cold calls, networking, prospecting, and winning new clients. What You'll Sell To Law Firms Litigation Support Services Bates Numbering Electronic Discovery Support Large Case Document Processing Document Hosting & Online Repositories Document Analysis & Summarization Services Trial Preparation Support Scanning and Conversion of Case Files To Manufacturing Companies Large-Scale Document Scanning Engineering Drawing & CAD Digitization Records Management Solutions Legacy File Conversion Secure Online Document Repositories Workflow Automation Solutions Document Retrieval Systems Business Process Improvement Services Ideal Candidate You may be a fit if you have experience selling: Litigation Support Services Legal Technology E-Discovery Managed Services Software Solutions Document Management Records Management Business Services Enterprise Technology Solutions Requirements 5+ years successful B2B sales experience 4 Year Degree from an accredited U.S. university Demonstrated history of prospecting and generating new business Strong presentation and relationship-building skills Experience calling on attorneys, law firms, manufacturers, engineers, or corporate decision makers preferred Self-starter mentality CRM discipline Ability to travel within assigned territory Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals confidently Excellent communication skills Proficiency in sales administration tools and analysis skills for data-driven decision making Ability to work independently while coordinating with marketing and customer service Compensation Competitive Base Salary Uncapped Commission Plan Monthly Performance Incentives Vehicle Allowance Health Insurance Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business clients and expand existing accounts across multiple sectors Conduct outside sales activities, including face-to-face meetings, presentations, and networking events to generate leads and close deals Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals Manage sales administration tasks such as maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, proposals, and follow-ups Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor marketing strategies that maximize outreach and engagement Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring high satisfaction levels Collaborate with internal teams on benefits administration, compliance (including HIPAA regulations where applicable), and telemarketing campaigns to support sales objectives

$70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
