This is an opportunity to join a growing company, help build something meaningful, and create a substantial income while doing it. About the Role This is a true consultative sales role . As a Senior In-Home Sales Consultant, you will meet directly with homeowners, identify project needs, develop solutions, present options, and guide homeowners to confident decisions regarding their homes. Approximately 75% of your opportunities will be company-generated leads, while 25% will come from referrals, networking, and self-generated business development efforts. This is not a project management position. Our operations team and subcontractor network handle project execution. Your responsibility is generating revenue, building trust, managing homeowner communication, and creating an exceptional experience from first appointment through project handoff. What You'll Do Meet homeowners and conduct in-home consultations Utilize technology including LIDAR measurements, digital surveys, and estimating tools Evaluate project needs and develop tailored solutions Build project scopes and pricing recommendations Present options and guide homeowners to informed decisions Secure signed agreements and financing when applicable Serve as the primary homeowner point of contact throughout the sales process Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-up activity, and pipeline management Generate referral and self-sourced opportunities Consistently achieve sales and revenue goals What We're Looking ForRequired Minimum 2 years of successful in-home sales experience Proven ability to guide homeowners through purchasing decisions in a face-to-face residential sales environment Experience using CRM platforms and managing a sales pipeline Experience utilizing digital proposals, contracts, and electronic signatures Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Home improvement, remodeling, roofing, siding, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, flooring, windows, bath, kitchen, solar, garage door, or similar residential sales experience Construction, contractor, dealer supply, or manufacturing background Experience working alongside subcontractors or trade professionals Experience in a full-commission environment Verifiable history of top sales performance and quota achievement Who Succeeds Here The best consultants are: Competitive without being pushy Strong listeners and problem-solvers Comfortable asking for commitment Responsive and highly accountable Organized and process-driven Self-motivated and coachable Motivated by uncapped earning potential Able to build trust quickly with homeowners This role is generally not a fit for candidates accustomed to long commercial sales cycles or heavily administrative sales environments. We are looking for professionals who can build rapport quickly, solve problems, and help homeowners make informed decisions with confidence. Compensation This is a full commission position designed for top performers.
