About the Role We're hiring our sales leader — a hands-on, revenue-driving professional who will build our sales function from the ground up. This is a player-coach role without a team (to start). You'll be responsible for generating your own leads, closing business, and creating the sales playbook, with the opportunity to hire and lead a team as we grow. If you're someone who thrives in a build environment and wants to own both revenue and strategy, this role is for you. What You'll Do Own and hit an individual sales quota Prospect, qualify, and close new business (full-cycle sales) Build and manage your own pipeline from scratch Lead client presentations, negotiations, and deal execution Develop sales processes, messaging, and strategy Maintain CRM accuracy and forecasting Partner with leadership on growth initiatives What You'll Build Sales playbook and go-to-market approach Pipeline structure and forecasting processes Early customer base and revenue foundation Future sales team (you'll help hire and train) Requirements Bachelor's Degree preferred 2 years of sales management, 5 years of sales experience Telecommunications Experience Preferred Proven B2B sales success (quota attainment required) Strong prospecting and pipeline-building skills Experience selling services or solutions Comfortable working independently in a build-from-scratch role Full-cycle sales experience CRM proficiency (Hubspot or similar)
