Sales Consultant•Luxury Pre-Owned/Showroom Kitchens Job Description Aurora Circularity, Inc. is a leading brand from a team of Co-founders and Principals who have been in the business of selling interior products on the secondary markets for the better part of 15-years. We are the processing partner of Sustainability Angels, a 501(c)(3) non-profit whose mission is also dedicated to reducing carbon and landfill waste through the reuse of high-quality materials. Sustainability Angels takes in-kind donations of fully functioning interior materials such as kitchen cabinets, appliances, and bath fixtures. Aurora provides the assessment, logistics and remarketing of Sustainability Angels' physical donations across the United States for purposeful reuse. Aurora also partners directly with the industry's leading manufacturers, retailers, and distributors to represent and sell their open-box and showroom display inventory. We are looking for a talented, high-energy customer focused consultative sales professional who sees the value in pre-owned/showroom display kitchens and finding them a new home! You will be reporting to our Director of Sales and this opportunity comes with huge advancement potentials! The best fit candidate will have the following experience: Inbound and Web-Oriented sales experience Knowledge & experience in consultative selling (Full sales cycle) Consistent record of hitting and exceeding target/quota Comfortable in a fast pace, high-volume, high-ticket sales environment. Experience in the kitchen, bath, appliance or building industry a plus but not necessary. Responsibilities Work daily pipeline of
Inbound Leads:
Web and Phone. Outbound Consultative calls to Customers in database. Achieve and exceed sales goals. Deliver high level of Customer Satisfaction. Log and update CRM records consistently and accurately. Follow all defined sales operations standards. Skills Knowledge of kitchen layouts, cabinetry and appliances a big plus, or at the very least an insatiable desire to learn it. Must be a strong communicator, able to set appointments and close sales over the phone, comfortable throughout a negotiation with an infectious positive attitude. Extraordinary conversation and people skills. Goal setting, planning, accountability skills. Problem-solving skills. Proactive, positive attitude.Experience & Details Experience:
2+ years in progressive sales positions.Proficiency:
Zoho, SalesForce, Hubspot or other CRM tools.Work schedule:
Five days a week•Monday•Friday; 9 am to 5 pm.Location:
Hybrid position•combination of work from home and in-office at our warehouse location, Morristown, NJ.Pay:
$80,000•$110,000.00 per year•high commission orientation.
