Showroom Outside Sales Representative

•External agencies & recruiters, please do not contact regarding this position•Central Arizona Supply is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative who enjoys building long-term partnerships and delivering exceptional client experiences. Working closely with our showroom sales consultants, this role is responsible for growing sales, identifying new opportunities, and serving as a trusted resource for clients. Experience selling luxury plumbing and appliance products is preferred; however, we are open to experienced outside sales professionals with a proven track record of building relationships and growing business. The ideal candidate is professional, client-focused, and takes pride in helping customers find the right solutions. Responsibilities Achieve sales goals within the assigned territory. Develop and maintain relationships with builders, designers, remodelers, and contractors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Promote products, programs, and services to existing and prospective clients. Collaborate with showroom sales consultants to deliver exceptional experiences for the customer. Utilize CRM to effectively manage customer relationships, sales opportunities, and follow-up activities. Provide product knowledge and support that delivers an exceptional client experience. Requirements Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience. Proven ability to build relationships, generate new business, and achieve sales goals. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship building skills with the ability to effectively navigate challenges and provide solutions. Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with representing luxury brands and clientele. Willingness and ability to learn our products, industry, and sales process.
