Position Type:
Contract
Hybrid:
Office T-TH and Remote Home Office Mondays and Friday's.
Required
Minimum of 2 to 5 years relevant work experience, proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc, Cvent Transient, Cvent, ZoomInfo, Zoom or other virtual training technology, basic SalesForce Lighting
Preferred 3+ years of experience in sales programs, loyalty marketing, sales operations, or related roles.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience developing and delivering marketing campaigns.
Proficient in using data and reporting to drive decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of hospitality sales and loyalty programs preferred.
Experience with Salesforce and Jira highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to create clear, persuasive marketing and program materials with Hotels, Senior Sales Leadership and internal stakeholders
Analytical mindset with ability to build reports, track KPIs, and translate data into actionable insights
Creative problem-solver with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across departments and all levels of the organization
Customer-focused mindset with understanding of both seller and client perspectives
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Familiarity with sales processes, loyalty marketing, and/or hospitality sales preferred
