Sponsorship Sales Coordinator (Seasonal) Voyager Media Group Miami Beach, FL 33139 Hybrid work From $5,000 a month - Contract From $5,000 a month - Contract Job Summary We are seeking an elite, highly motivated Sponsorship Sales Executive with a deep, established network in South Florida to join our dynamic agency for an initial 9-month contract cycle. In this role, you will act as a premium business development hunter, driving revenue growth by identifying, negotiating, and securing high-value brand alignments, corporate hospitality packages, and sponsorships that integrate seamlessly with world-class international events. An active, sophisticated rolodex within the Miami luxury lifestyle and corporate finance sectors is required for this role. Your ability to immediately leverage high-net-worth and C-suite relationships will be the key to unlocking premium five- and six-figure sponsorship tiers for a crown-jewel Miami event leg.
Key Responsibilities Leverage Regional Networks:
Actively tap into existing Miami-based corporate finance, wealth management, and luxury brand networks to generate high-value sales pipelines.
Drive Revenue & Outreach:
Pursue and close new sponsorship opportunities through executive networking, strategic outreach, and high-touch relationship management.
Bespoke Proposal Creation:
Develop highly tailored, experiential sponsorship frameworks that meet luxury brand objectives and maximize partnership value.
Close High-Ticket Deals:
Confidently negotiate terms and close deals with prospective brand sponsors, ensuring mutually beneficial, high-margin agreements.
Pipeline Optimization:
Utilize CRM platforms ( HubSpot or similar tools) to diligently track leads, manage pipelines, and report accurately on sales activities.
Qualifications Miami Market Expertise:
Must possess a strong, active, and high-level professional network within the Miami/South Florida luxury market and corporate finance/wealth sectors.
Proven Track Record:
3-5+ years of success in B2B sales, high-ticket account management, or business development—specifically focused on premium sports sponsorships, entertainment properties, or luxury marketing partnerships.
The Connected Closer:
Exceptional, bulletproof negotiation skills with a demonstrated history of confidently closing five- and six-figure deals.
Elite Communication:
Flawless verbal and written communication skills; ability to command room presence and pitch effectively to corporate executives, local developers, and luxury brand directors.
CRM Proficiency:
Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms for pipeline management, tracking, and reporting.
Position Structure & Compensation Contract Terms:
9-Month Initial Contract with strong potential for extension, permanent growth, or seasonal renewal based on performance.
Guaranteed Base:
$5,000 / month base salary.
Uncapped Commission:
Highly aggressive, uncapped commission structure on all closed sponsorship tiers and corporate hospitality packages.
Flexibility:
Remote/Hybrid work environment (Miami-based preferred, with regional proximity required for key client activations and marquee event timelines).
