Sponsorship Sales Coordinator Novacoast, Inc. - 3.1 Tempe, AZ Job Details Internship $16 - $18 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Paid time off Work from home Flexible schedule Qualifications Microsoft Word Some college Customer communication Microsoft Excel Attention to detail Contracts Full Job Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sponsorship Sales Intern to support the sponsorship sales cycle for a premier, fast-growing cybersecurity events company. This role spans supporting the full sales cycle — from respond to inbound inquiries and conducting outbound outreach, to tracking deals, and delivering an exceptional experience to every sponsor and partner we work with. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and genuinely excited to build a career at the intersection of sales, events, and the cybersecurity industry.
Desired Qualifications:
Preferred to be in senior year of college or recently graduated Desire to develop and strengthen sales skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail — managing the administrative side of a sales cycle with care and precision Strong interpersonal and written communication skills Customer service or client-facing experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Canva is a plus Interested in the cybersecurity and technology industry and eager to build a professional network within it Willing and excited to travel for live national and regional events Available to work 20-25 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Event Marketing & Sponsorship Manager Support the lead lifecycle — from initial outreach and follow-up emails to scheduling sales calls Support the drafting and management of sponsorship proposals, contracts, and partner communications Maintain accurate records of vendor leads, sponsor renewals and activity, and renewals Collaborate with the Sponsorship and Logistics teams to ensure every partnership is executed successfully Represent the company at national conferences and regional events with professionalism and enthusiasm
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
