Sr. Director, Oracle Practice Sales and Delivery Leader

Fully Remote Full time Dallas Texas United States Corporate Services ERP About This Role We are seeking a commercially driven, outcome-oriented Oracle Practice Leader to build, scale, and lead a high-performance Oracle Cloud practice. This leader will be accountable for revenue growth, margin expansion, delivery quality, talent strategy, and market positioning across Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, and Data/AI-enabled solutions. This is not a pure delivery role and not a pure sales role. It is a builder role — responsible for transforming Oracle from a capability into a growth engine. The Sr. Director, Oracle Practice Leader will define strategy, own P&L performance, develop seller-doer assets, align with Oracle corporate leadership, and ensure delivery excellence that protects client value and drives repeatable outcomes. There will be a utilization component to the role in addition to sales support. We are seeking true thought leadership and experience in growing an Oracle practice or service line. Base compensation range for this role is expected to be between $176,000 - $215,000 plus incentive. This role can be based anywhere within the US, and will include travel to client sites and internal meetings. Expectation could be approximately 50% travel. What You Will Work OnRevenue Growth Leadership:
Own annual Oracle practice revenue targets and margin performance Develop and execute go-to-market strategy aligned to industry verticals and CFO/CIO priorities Build a qualified pipeline and drive pursuit strategy for Oracle Cloud opportunities Establish Oracle as a differentiated advisory and execution partner — not staff augmentation Strengthen executive relationships with Oracle field sales and alliance teams Practice Strategy & Market Positioning Define Oracle practice focus areas (Finance Transformation, Supply Chain, EPM, AI-enabled ERP, Post-Go-Live Optimization) Develop repeatable offerings and structured delivery pods Position the practice around measurable outcomes: close acceleration, working capital improvement, revenue integrity, AI-enabled workflows Ensure consistent messaging across sales, marketing, and delivery Delivery Excellence & Governance Ensure disciplined execution across implementations, stabilizations, and optimization engagements Standardize quality controls, risk management, and performance metrics Improve gross margin through rate discipline, offshore leverage, and resource mix optimization Oversee senior engagement leads to maintain executive accountability on programs Talent & Capability Development Recruit and develop high-caliber Oracle functional and technical SMEs Build seller-doer capability within the practice Establish career paths and mentorship for consultants Develop an integrated onshore/offshore delivery mode Financial & Operational Accountability Manage practice P&L including revenue, margin, utilization, and cost structure Establish performance dashboards and operating cadence (forecasting, pipeline reviews, margin reviews) Identify and close capability gaps required for scale What You Will Bring Demonstrated experience building or growing an Oracle service line within a consulting firm Depth of expertise in Oracle Fusion, Cloud, EBS, JD, Peoplesoft, Financials or Procurement modules Experience with Oracle process optimization or readiness assessments, pre-implementation, and/or post-implementation stabilization Sales support, not just delivery experience Techno-functional background who understands business context Experience selling Oracle consulting solutions What You Can Expect An inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies and qualities that set our team apart.
