WHAT WE DO

JosephMill LLC helps homeowners restore their properties after hail and wind storms throughout the Texas Gulf Coast region. As a Storm Restoration Representative, you will: Inspect homes for storm damage Meet homeowners face-to-face Help guide customers through the insurance restoration process Build relationships with homeowners Generate leads and close deals Manage customer relationships from start to finish This is a field sales position. You will knock doors. You will hear "no." You will work outside in the Texas heat. You will be pushed outside your comfort zone. Most people will quit. But the right people can completely change their financial future here. If you want what others don't have, you have to be willing to do what others won't.

COMPENSATION 1099

Commission-Based Position No Salary. No Cap.

Average commission per roof:

Approximately $3,600 per closed deal Additional earning opportunities: Weekly $1,000 bonus for signing 3 deals 50/50 split opportunity for high performers on pace for $1.25M+ annually Leadership opportunities Opportunity to recruit and train your own team once you have proven yourself as a leader Earn overrides from reps you help develop What you earn depends on your effort and consistency. Average reps struggle. Good reps make six figures. Driven reps can build $200k+ incomes. Elite reps can build real wealth here. Nobody is handing you success.
