This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional with experience in the theming, entertainment, scenic fabrication, or specialty coatings industries. You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities and growing relationships with manufacturers, fabricators, distributors, and end users throughout the United States. Key Industries & Applications Products are commonly used for: Theme parks Scenic fabrication Set design Prop manufacturing Sign fabrication Architectural displays Custom immersive environments Product Expertise Experience with products used on: Foam Wood Metal Fabrication surfaces Hard coats Polyurea coatings Polyurethane systems Impact-resistant coatings Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities across the U.S. Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers Conduct consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations Represent the company at trade shows and industry events Host virtual and onsite product training sessions Meet or exceed sales and customer acquisition goals Track opportunities, projects, and customer activity within CRM software Resolve customer concerns and support long-term customer success Partner with internal technical and customer support teams Qualifications Required 5+ years of outside sales experience Proven success developing new business and growing accounts Experience with consultative, solution-based selling Strong relationship-building and customer service skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Experience managing sales activities through CRM platforms Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals Preferred Experience in theming, scenic fabrication, entertainment, or architectural display industries Existing network within the theming or fabrication community Experience selling: Polyurea products Polyurethane products Hybrid coatings Specialty hard coat materials Experience working through both direct and distribution sales channels Knowledge of coatings and protective materials used in props, displays, and fabricated structures Ideal Candidate Strong network within theming, scenic fabrication, or entertainment markets Self-motivated and entrepreneurial Relationship-focused rather than transactional Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and customer training Passionate about technical products and solution-based sales Willing to travel as needed for customer meetings, trade shows, and company events Keywords Outside Sales
