Seasonal (Full-Time) Job Overview Chilly Water is looking for a motivated, dependable team member to help grow and maintain our retail presence across Eastern North Carolina. This is an entry-level, hands-on role that combines merchandising, light sales support, and small product deliveries. You'll be the face of the brand in stores—keeping shelves stocked, displays looking sharp, and accounts taken care of. This position is seasonal based on current demand. However, with the right rep in place and continued growth, there is strong potential for this role to become a year-round position. Key Responsibilities Merchandise and restock Chilly Water products in retail locations Build and maintain in-store displays (coolers, shelves, off-shelf placements) Ensure proper product rotation and inventory levels Deliver small orders to accounts ( typically 5-20 cases per stop ) Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked shelf presence Check in with store managers and maintain strong relationships Assist with new store setups and product placements Track inventory, deliveries, and basic reporting Territory Coverage Regular travel required across: Greenville Wilson Rocky Mount Wilmington Raleigh Cary Durham Jacksonville Fayetteville Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Ability to lift and carry 40-50 lbs regularly Comfortable with frequent driving and independent work Strong work ethic and attention to detail Good communication and customer service skills Dependable and punctual Preferred (Not Required) Experience in merchandising, delivery, or retail Familiarity with beverage, grocery, or convenience store environments Compensation & Structure Competitive hourly or salary (based on experience) Mileage reimbursement or vehicle stipend Opportunity for performance-based bonuses Potential to transition into a full-time, year-round role with growth Work Environment On-the-road, field-based role Physically active (lifting, stocking, moving product) Independent schedule with territory responsibility Why Join Chilly Water?
