Description Our client is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to grow sales of conveyor, material handling, and end-of-line packaging automation solutions across Delaware, Maryland, and Southern New Jersey. This is a field-based business development role selling equipment-based solutions to manufacturers, warehouses, and industrial facilities. The territory includes an established account base, but the primary focus is new business development through outbound prospecting, customer site visits, and strong sales follow-through. You will be supported by an internal technical design team, sales tools, customer data, lead lists, and hands-on leadership training. Our client is looking for a self-driven hunter with B2B sales experience, technical curiosity, and the ability to learn and sell equipment or process-related solutions. To be successful, you should be comfortable learning how products work, walking manufacturing floors, asking thoughtful questions, identifying operational challenges, and speaking intelligently with customers about equipment, processes, and solutions. This is a strong opportunity to own a defined territory with technical support, market demand, and direct access to leadership. Territory Sales Representative - Automation & Industrial Machinery (2+ yrs exp. req.) Responsibilities Own and grow territory across Delaware, Maryland and Southern NJ Prospect through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and in-person facility visits Build relationships with manufacturing, warehouse, and industrial customers Conduct on-site visits to understand facility operations, process challenges, and equipment needs Present and sell conveyor, material handling, sorting, and end-of-line packaging automation solutions Partner with technical teams on custom automation systems, project scoping, and customer handoffs Gather measurements, photos, videos, and specifications to support accurate solution design Build quotes, follow up on proposals, and negotiate pricing with customers and internal teams Maintain sales activity, lead follow-up, and pipeline visibility in CRM Represent the company at customer sites and occasional industry events or trade shows Territory Sales Representative - Automation & Industrial Machinery (2+ yrs exp. req.)
