Job Description

CIT Sewer Solutions • Western Iowa Territory • Full-Time About the Role CIT Sewer Solutions is a family-owned sewer maintenance and trenchless rehabilitation contractor serving municipalities, utilities, engineers, and contractors across the Midwest since 2007. As we grow, we're looking for a relationship-driven Territory Sales Representative to develop and manage our Western Iowa territory. You'll grow revenue, win new business, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers in your territory—working independently while backed by a strong operations and leadership team. The role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, solving customer problems, and owning their results. Key Responsibilities Develop new municipal, contractor, engineering, and utility relationships, and maintain existing accounts. Prospect and qualify leads through calls, in-person visits, networking, and referrals. Monitor upcoming municipal and contractor projects. Follow up on quotes, proposals, and awarded work, and keep CRM records accurate and current. Work with operations to communicate customer expectations and ensure they're delivered. Participate in weekly sales meetings and report on market conditions, competitive activity, and customer feedback. Qualifications Required Outside sales or business development experience. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and CRM software. Preferred Experience selling to municipalities, utilities, contractors, or engineering firms. Knowledge of sewer, water, wastewater, construction, or public works industries. Experience with HubSpot CRM and municipal bidding/procurement processes. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $70,000-$90,000, depending on experience.
Commission:
Revenue-based with uncapped earning potential.
Expected total earnings:
$85,000-$120,000+ annually, salary plus commission.
