Sales & Service Consultant - Gallo Equipment Company High-Earning Outside Sales Role | Territory Growth | Uncapped Income Gallo Equipment Company is hiring a driven, high-performance sales professional to grow a protected local territory. We've been a trusted name in material handling for 57+ years—but this role is about building new business and owning your results. Compensation & Benefits $45,000 base + car allowance Uncapped commission (realistic $100K+, top performers significantly higher) Full benefits + 401(k) match Established brand with strong internal support What This Role Involves Proactively developing new business through daily prospecting (calls, in-person, and networking) Building relationships with decision-makers across industrial accounts Selling forklifts, equipment, rentals, service, and long-term solutions Managing your territory like a business—creating pipeline and closing deals Spending the majority of your time in the field, not behind a desk What It Takes to Succeed Proven success in B2B or outside sales (quota attainment matters) Strong prospecting skills—you know how to open doors and create opportunities Comfortable with a performance-based compensation structure Self-motivated, competitive, and accountable for results Ability to navigate gatekeepers and close decision-makers This Role Is NOT For Candidates who rely primarily on inbound leads Those uncomfortable with cold outreach or field-based selling Anyone looking for account management or a maintenance-style role Bottom Line If you're a self-starter who knows how to generate business and wants control over your income, this is a strong opportunity.
