We are expanding our portfolio across South Carolina and seeking motivated field representatives to grow our presence in Charleston. Position Overview We are hiring Territory Sales Representatives to represent Island Brands USA in the field. This role focuses on account service, tastings, events, new placements, and distributor collaboration. You will be assigned one territory based on where you live. ResponsibilitiesOn-Premise (Bars/Restaurants/Venues) Open and service on-premise accounts Build relationships with owners, managers, and beverage buyers Run tastings, activations, and promotional events Conduct staff trainings and product education Secure menu placements, tap features, and seasonal listings Off-Premise (Retail/Liquor/Grocery) Schedule and host in-store tastings Build relationships with buyers and store teams Ensure merchandising, shelf placement, cold-box visibility, and POS execution Track tasting performance and provide feedback THC Beverage Sales (Where Allowed) Identify qualified retailers and dispensaries Educate staff and consumers on all beverage products Support compliant sampling and activation efforts Distributor Collaboration Conduct ride-alongs with distributor reps Provide informal brand and product training Attend distributor sales meetings as needed Support order accuracy and delivery follow-through Territory Management Maintain CRM reporting and monthly updates Manage a flexible field-based schedule (up to 40 hours/week) Represent Island Brands USA professionally across the territory QualificationsRequired Alcohol or beverage industry experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Event, sampling, or activation experience Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Highly organized and self-motivated Preferred Knowledge of SC beverage landscape Experience working with distributor reps Entrepreneurial mindset Compensation $20-$25 per hour Incentives tied to activations, KPIs, and beverage sales Flexible field schedule with remote reporting Training, product samples, and branded materials provided Work Location Field-based within assigned territory Car travel required
