We're looking for a Territory Sales Representative to help expand our footprint, strengthen account relationships, and drive continued growth across the state. What You'll Do Manage and grow an existing network of retail accounts throughout Florida Build strong relationships with store owners, buyers, managers, and distributor partners Drive sales growth through account development, product education, and in-store support Identify and open new retail opportunities within your assigned territory Work with distribution partners to support inventory, reorders, and account success Track territory activity, customer feedback, and market opportunities to help grow the Lifted Lemonade brand Conduct product tastings, in-store demos, vendor days, and promotional events to drive brand awareness and sell-through Who We're Looking For ✔ Experience managing retail accounts, distributor relationships, or an assigned sales territory ✔ Proven ability to grow existing accounts while identifying and opening new business opportunities ✔ Background in beverage, alcohol, hemp, cannabis, CPG, or outside sales preferred ✔ Naturally good with people—you build relationships that actually last ✔ Clear communicator, whether you're talking to a buyer in person, following up by email, or coordinating with a distributor ✔ Self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged and can effectively manage their own territory ✔ Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout Florida ✔ Must be 21 years of age or older ✔ A degree is great, but real-world experience, hustle, and a proven track record matter more Compensation & Benefits $45,000 - $55,000 per year + 6% commission on monthly sales Mileage reimbursement Travel reimbursement Paid time off Career growth opportunities as the company continues to expand Why Lifted Lemonade? Physical Requirements & Essential Functions Ability to regularly travel throughout assigned territory, including driving to retail, on-premise, and distribution accounts Ability to stand, walk, and move between customer locations for extended periods of time Ability to lift, carry, transport, and move product, displays, and event materials weighing up to 35 pounds Ability to load and unload product and promotional materials from a vehicle Ability to set up and break down event displays, sampling stations, and promotional activations Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and industry events as business needs require Ability to use a computer, tablet, and mobile phone for communication, reporting, and account management Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
