Job Description

Our client is looking for a strong Unbranded Fuel Sales Executive for the Northeast territory to support our growing unbranded fuel sales business. This is a great opportunity for a sales leader to join a growing company with lots of room for upward mobility and a growing product line. The applicant must have experience in the aviation industry and familiarity with FBO operations. This position is remote with high preference for candidates in the Boston, Hartford and Providence areas. The Sales Executive will establish and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of accounts. Set target goals to maximize sales volume and profitability by developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to significantly increase market activity in the assigned area through all relevant business offerings. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
  • Developing new opportunities by new customer prospecting visits to Corporate Flight Departments
  • Visit and Build relationships with the existing customers.
  • Network and support the existing customers with available and new programs
  • Keep sales channels open by employing strategies to ensure customer success that results in strong credit adherence.
  • Develop a very clear understanding of the market and customer dynamics in the region staying abreast of upcoming changes and relevant opportunities.
  • Network and support the existing customers with available products raising the awareness of our brand offerings and opportunities to enhance existing business.
  • Develop working knowledge of competitor offerings and build propositions to keep customer interest and attention on our offerings.
  • Partner with the Sales Support teams to ensure easy flow of business with customers.
  • Represents company at trade associations meetings to promote services.
  • Provide superior customer service, integrity, and trust
  • Provide service flexibility and understanding of the customer's business and unique requirements
  • Write and submit annual budgets and marketing plans
  • Keep accurate and easy to audit records pertaining to customer database and business expenses
  • Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs in regards to pricing
  • Stay current with technical changes and continuing education
  • Continue updated on Aviation and Aircraft new technology
  • Must have strong understanding of aviation fuel markets, supply and pricing strategies
  • Computer Proficiency and software skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM.
Candidates must have experience in the aviation industry and FBO operations to be considered.
Salary:
$80k/yr-$120k/yr
