Responsibilities Cultivate new business opportunities through proactive cold calling, networking, and targeted lead generation efforts within assigned territories Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and identifying upselling opportunities to maximize revenue Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client requirements Develop and execute strategic territory management plans to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support business development initiatives and enhance brand visibility Experience Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong management skills with experience in account management and territory oversight Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and customer relationship management Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build lasting client relationships Ability to conduct product demos, technical presentations, and analysis to support sales efforts Experience in retail sales or inside sales is advantageous but not required Demonstrated ability to generate leads through cold calling and outreach activities; proactive approach to business development Embark on a rewarding career where your sales expertise fuels growth, builds valuable partnerships, and advances your professional journey.
