Job Description
DBS Building Solutions is a leader in the commercial cleaning and building maintenance industry, responsible for delivering commercial building services to over 1300 customers in 10 states. We are currently seeking a talented Appointment Setter who thrives in a competitive environment to join our growing team in Rhode Island. As an Appointment Setter you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our growth objectives. You must be comfortable making 15-20 outbound calls per hour, generating interest in our services, and overcoming objections.
Responsibilities:
Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails from our prospecting database Updating our prospecting database and following up with potential customers using our recall system Understand customer needs and requirements Research potential accounts, identify key players and generate interest Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory Answer questions from potential customers and explain the services we offerSkills:
Proven inside sales/telemarketing experience Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Additional Details This is a 25- 35 hour per week "part-time" position, working in our Cranston, RI office. Daytime hours only and flexible schedules are available. Starting compensation for this position is $16
- 17 per hour plus monthly commissions. Total compensation should exceed $20
- 22 per hour for qualified candidates.
