Sales Team Member:
Connect with customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend the best AT&T solutions. Enroll new customers in our client's wireless services by explaining product features, service plans, and promotions in a way that highlights value and meets their needs. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering solutions tailored to individual needs. Work collaboratively with fellow Sales Team Members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Stay up to date on the latest AT&T products and sales techniques through ongoing Sales Team Member training. Track customer interactions and sales in CRM tools to ensure accurate records and follow-up. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting telecom products and services while building customer brand loyalty. What We're Looking For in a
Sales Team Member:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality is a plus but not required. Confidence in engaging with customers and presenting product solutions. A proactive and goal-oriented attitude with a drive for success. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
