This AT&T Retail Sales Representative is an entry-level role focused on customer service, sales support, and enrollment assistance, serving as a professional point of contact between customers and AT&T products and services in a retail environment. As an AT&T Retail Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers in person to help them find the right wireless plans, check their eligibility, and walk them through setup and activation. This position is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in customer service and sales within a structured, team-oriented retail setting but the position is open to anyone! AT&T Retail Sales Representative Responsibilities Drive sales through face-to-face customer engagement by recommending wireless plans, devices, and bundled services tailored to individual customer needs. Execute the full sales cycle, including customer consultation, order processing, and service activation Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through upselling, cross-selling, and promotion of AT&T products and services Educate customers on device features, billing, sales promotions, and account details to support informed purchasing decisions Accurately document sales activity and customer information in systems while collaborating with team members to resolve service or activation issues AT&T Retail Sales Representative Qualifications Prior experience in customer service, retail, sales, or related roles is a plus but not required Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach Comfortable working with digital systems and in a retail environment Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment Ability to work independently and with fellow AT&T Retail Sales Representative.
