Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales is required. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to effectively manage a territory and prioritize leads. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Conduct field sales visits to potential clients within your assigned territory, showcasing Cedar Valley Exteriors' range of exterior solutions. Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting and networking efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including homeowners, property managers, and insurance agents. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet the unique needs of each client. Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process, from initial contact to project completion. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to remain competitive in the field.
