Duties Engage with potential customers through outbound sales calls, fostering new business opportunities and expanding our sales pipeline Provide expert guidance on automotive repair services, retail products, or dealership offerings to meet customer needs Manage inventory control and inventory management processes to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels Utilize bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse clientele, enhancing customer satisfaction Conduct high-end sales and retail math calculations to close deals efficiently while maintaining accuracy in transactions Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and administrative tasks using strong organizational skills Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and public speaking abilities during presentations or client meetings to build trust and credibility Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or dealership environments with a focus on high-end or complex products Strong communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable Ability to develop and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals Experience in automotive repair, inventory management, and inventory control practices Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor and strong phone etiquette Demonstrated success in outbound sales strategies and public speaking engagements Organizational skills that support effective time management, record keeping, and administrative responsibilities Knowledge of retail math principles for accurate pricing, discounts, and profit calculations Previous experience in retail or dealership settings involving cashiering or administrative tasks is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for sales and customer engagement makes a real difference.
