Key Responsibilities:
As a BDC Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, identifying sales leads, managing inbound calls, scheduling appointments and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Leveraging your skills you will:
Handle inbound calls and direct them appropriately. Respond to internet leads by phone, text message and email in a timely manner. Consistently contact and communicate with customers to identify needs and direct showroom traffic. Prospect daily with our data mining software and CRM system. Understand the terminology of the automotive business and stay updated on product knowledge.
Requirements:
Automotive internet sales experience preferred, but not required. Proficiency with computers and CRM software. Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written. Organized, goal oriented with strong attention to detail.
