Sales Trainee

JOB SUMMARY

Deliver customer orders in a company vehicle Pull customer orders accurately and efficiently Perform general warehouse duties Professionally assist customers by taking orders at the counter and over the phone Receive and put away incoming inventory verifying quantities and quality of received material handling any discrepancies Assist in maintaining appearance of branch as needed. Clean warehouse, counter area, bathrooms, trash etc. Load and unload customer orders Operate forklift complying with all safety rules and procedures. Continuously update product knowledge. Know location of merchandise in warehouse Participate in ongoing education and training as directed or desired Perform other responsibilities as directed

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

This is a customer facing position. The ability to provide exceptional customer service is a must. Professional written and verbal communication Clean driving record Pass background check High School diploma/GED Must have some computer skills; Windows, Excel, Word etc. Due to the nature of this position candidate must be able to pay attention to small details
