Job Description

SixAxis designs and manufactures advanced products here in America that increase safety and boost productivity around the globe. We innovate new products and processes for our customers that drive safer, smarter, and more effective solutions. Our organization has expanded multiple times to accommodate our continued growth. We are growing fast and looking to add more Inside Sales Specialists to our SixAxis team. Upon the successful completion of training the right individual can perform this position from home 2 days a week and from our Sumter location 3 days a week.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Specialist drives the Inside Sales process. They prospect and qualify new sales leads, work inside sales opportunities through the sales process, collaborate with members of the outside sales team, hand off leads as appropriate, close sales, and answer internal and external inquiries. The successful Inside Sales Specialist will demonstrate high energy and passion in their sales activity and display a knack for understanding and meeting customers' needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Makes outbound calls to current, prospective, and former customers Responds to inbound leads, qualifies those leads, and moves them through the sales process Collaborates with sales teams to produce smooth transition of new opportunities Researches accounts, identifies business needs and key decision makers, and determines potential product and solution needs and cross-selling opportunities Coordinates communications and activities with Outside Sales team to hand-off new potential customers as appropriate Captures accurate and complete information to track all activity in the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and expand contact database Follows product/supply checklist for each customer's job, identifies sales opportunities, and sells additional products and supplies with emphasis on vendor products Closes sales and achieves sales goals Enter, update, and process sales orders. Plans, coordinates, and executes projects as needed Other duties as required Equal Opportunity Employer as to all protected groups.
