Job Description

Outside Sales Representative Beaufort, SC & Surrounding Areas Contractor Nail & Tool, LLC is a sales-driven organization seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to build and maintain a profitable sales territory in Beaufort, SC and the surrounding area. We offer an extensive selection of quality fasteners, tools, and equipment from the industry-leading brands, helping our customers work more efficiently and get the job done right. Position Overview In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving consistent revenue growth. Daily activities include submitting sales reports, educating customers on product features and benefits, resolving concerns, and creating persuasive sales proposals that encourage repeat business. Responsibilities Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with customers throughout the territory Assist customers in selecting products based on needs, specifications, and regulations Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive selling and account management Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market shares Maintain accurate records of leads, customer accounts, and sales activity Collaborate with Management to enhance brand presence through targeted marketing initiatives Research competitors' products, pricing, and market conditions Effectively negotiate with customers to close sales and secure long-term business Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or GED required (bachelor's degree in business or marketing a plus) Proven experience in outside sales or customer service Experience within the construction trade strongly preferred Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Detail-oriented, organized and dependable Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills Ability to lift up to 50lb Clean driving record required Training & Development Contractor Nail & Tool offers extensive sales, product, and technical training during onboarding and throughout employment to ensure long-term success and career growth
