What You'll Do as a

Sales Associate:

Be the Face of Vaden! Greet customers with enthusiasm and guide them through the vehicle selection process Know Your Stuff! Conduct test drives and highlight vehicle features, benefits, and value Close the Deal! Present pricing, financing options, and incentives clearly and confidently Build Relationships! Turn first-time buyers into lifelong customers and referral partners Stay Driven! Follow up with leads, maintain customer relationships, and manage your sales pipeline Deliver an Exceptional Experience! Ensure every customer leaves feeling excited and valued

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 3 years of prior automotive sales experience required to qualify for sign-on bonus Proven track record of sales performance and customer satisfaction Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills A motivated self-starter with a positive attitude Professional appearance and team-player mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Ready to Accelerate Your Career?
