What You Will Do The HVAC Equipment Account Executive will drive sales in the Charleston, SC region by promoting Johnson Controls' comprehensive HVAC solutions to contractors, consultants, and engineers. Building long-term partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction are key to this role.
You will:
Execute strategic sales processes to identify, qualify, and close on sales opportunities. Own outcomes with accountability by managing sales goals and ensuring the highest level of service. Focus on what matters by addressing customer needs and providing optimal solutions for their operations. Improve every day by leveraging feedback, enhancing product knowledge, and adopting innovative strategies. Win as one team through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals. How You Will Do It Persuasively present Johnson Controls' offerings to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their needs. Develop and maintain professional relationships within the HVAC and construction industries. Utilize sales tools and CRM systems to track progress and enhance account management. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and market trends. What We Look For Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred). 5+ years of successful HVAC equipment field sales experience. Proven commitment to integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Strong initiative and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Hiring Salary Range:
$72,000 (salary dependent on education, experience, and market alignment). Includes a competitive Sales Incentive Plan and comprehensive benefits package.
