Job Description
On Scene Roofing and Restoration is growing and we're looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our Roofing and Exteriors Division. In this role, you will build relationships with homeowners, assess damage, and guide clients through the restoration process. We are looking for someone who wants to do more than just sell — we want a person who is ready to help us build and grow the roofing division. If you are a motivated closer with a passion for helping people and a hunger to earn, this is the role for you. What You'll Do Canvass neighborhoods following storm events, identify damage, and connect homeowners with our restoration services Meet with homeowners, walk roofs, document damage, and present our solutions in a clear and professional manner Guide clients through the insurance claims process and serve as their advocate from start to finish Build and manage a personal pipeline of leads, following up consistently to move deals toward close Collaborate with our production team to ensure smooth project handoffs and a great customer experience What We're Looking For A self-motivated individual who takes ownership of their results and holds themselves accountable Strong communicator who can build trust quickly and handle objections with confidence Someone with the vision and drive to help build and shape a growing roofing division Prior experience in roofing, construction, or insurance restoration sales is a plus but not required Comfortable working outdoors, knocking doors, and thriving in a performance-based environment 2+ years of outside or field sales experience is preferred
