As we continue expanding across the region, we are building our Sales Development Associate team to support increasing demand, drive growth, and extend our customer-first approach to more customers to be aware of these services offered to them. We are hiring a motivated Sales Development Associate as we expand. This Sales Development Associate role is well-suited for ambitious, people-focused individuals who want to develop sales skills, strengthen customer service capabilities, and represent a brand committed to quality and customer satisfaction. In this role, the Sales Development Associate will engage with customers to provide product information, answer questions, and support the sales process by scheduling appointments and guiding next steps. The role also involves delivering a positive customer experience while working closely with team members and leadership to meet daily goals and develop core sales and communication skills.
Sales Development Associate Responsabilities:
Represent our company and services as an Sales Development Associate, becoming the friendly, confident face homeowners and customers trust. Learn how to guide customers through a simple sales process and appointment setting with clarity and great customer service. Present our gutter protection system clearly and effectively towards customers Answer any questions promptly and effectively Use your natural people skills to increase sales metrics Gain experience that prepares you for long-term sales and customer service success
Sales Development Associate Qualifications:
Prior experience in a sales, customer service, or the gutter / home service industry is a plus Ability to connect with customers and enjoy conversations Time management skills Leadership ability to expand into other positions within the company Willing to work with in a team and can also work independently Interest in learning more about sales and overall business
