Sales and Marketing Trainee (Entry Level)

Immediate Hire Pay:
$600.00 - $1,250.00 per week

Position Summary:
We are seeking motivated, career-driven individuals who are eager to build experience in face-to-face sales within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. As a Sales and Marketing Trainee, you'll interact directly with customers in-store and promote our client's telecommunication and home entertainment products and services to match their needs and lifestyle.
Responsibilities:
Actively sell products and services to customers in a retail environment. Engage customers through face-to-face interactions to identify needs and recommend solutions. Explain product features, pricing, and promotions clearly and confidently. Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales performance goals. Track customer interactions and contribute to team sales results. Work closely with management to improve sales techniques and conversion rates. Represent partner brands professionally and ethically at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be 18 years or older
