Sales Technician Posted on April 16, 2026 April 16, 2026 by JMJ Phillip We are seeking a Sales Technician to support territory-based sales growth by providing technical expertise, customer support, and field-based sales assistance. This role focuses on building customer relationships, supporting account expansion, and delivering product knowledge to ensure successful adoption and long-term satisfaction. Position Responsibilities Territory Sales Support Support sales growth within an assigned territory through customer engagement and technical support. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Assist in identifying opportunities for account expansion and new business development. Technical Product Support Provide technical guidance and product expertise to customers in the field. Support troubleshooting, product application, and solution-based selling. Ensure customers understand product capabilities and proper usage. Customer Relationship Management Serve as a trusted point of contact for customer needs and inquiries. Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Support long-term account development strategies. Sales Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with internal sales teams to align territory strategy and goals. Track customer interactions, opportunities, and field activity. Provide timely updates and reporting on territory performance. Other Duties Perform other duties as trained and qualified. Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Experience in technical sales, field support, or industrial customer service preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently in a field-based role. Willingness to travel within assigned territory. Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Sales training or technical certifications related to industry products.
