Job Description

Job Summary We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Business Development Representative for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established industrial and construction services company in the Fort Mill, SC area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with business development experience who enjoys building client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and working within the industrial or construction industry. The ideal candidate will be driven, organized, and comfortable working both independently and alongside company leadership to help expand market presence and strengthen existing client partnerships. Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing business development and marketing strategies to support company growth Identify and pursue new business opportunities within industrial and construction markets Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients Conduct market research and support promotional and branding initiatives Coordinate with internal operations and leadership teams to ensure smooth project transitions and client satisfaction Support trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as needed Utilize CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and client activity Travel as needed for client visits and industry-related events Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of business development, sales, or client relations experience preferred Compensation & Benefits Starting salary of $70,000+ depending on experience Annual performance-based bonus opportunities Vehicle allowance and mileage reimbursement Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company contributions Paid holidays and PTO If you are looking for a long-term direct hire opportunity with a growing company in the industrial/construction sector, apply today.
