You'll Rock This Job If You:

2 years of customer service experience Strong communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize must have ethernet cord (No Wi-Fi) Proficiency in web browsers and Photoshop is a plus Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner Resolve order issues, customer concerns, and product-related questions Follow up with customers regarding order details, submitted photos, and personalized requests Place, track, and manage orders through the company's order management system Recommend improvements to customer experience, website usability, and merchandising based on customer feedback Assist with process improvement initiatives within the Customer Success team Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure customer satisfaction
