Your Role:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, general contractors, and building owners. Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Conduct site visits and roof assessments to identify customer needs. Present tailored solutions and proposals align with J.A. Piper's standards of excellence. Work closely with our estimating and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Meet and exceed annual sales goals while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

What You Bring:

Prior B2B or construction-related sales experience (commercial roofing experience is a plus). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong drive, initiative, and ability to work independently. A positive attitude and professional presence. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
