Job Summary Ballentine Toyota and Ford are both seeking dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales Experts to join our energetic teams. In this role, you will be the driving force behind connecting customers with their ideal vehicles, delivering exceptional service, and building lasting relationships. Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new business opportunities. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying leads, qualifying prospects, and nurturing relationships to close high-end vehicle sales. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions tailored to each customer's needs. Negotiate deals effectively by understanding customer budgets, preferences, and financing options while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate inventory management records. Support upselling initiatives by recommending additional products or services such as warranties, accessories, or maintenance packages to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop marketing strategies that attract B2B (business-to-business) clients and retail customers alike. Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to provide outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone. Assist in inventory control and retail math calculations to ensure accurate pricing and stock levels are maintained. Deliver compelling public speaking presentations at promotional events or community outreach programs to boost dealership visibility. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or automobile sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end deals confidently. Multilingual or bilingual abilities that facilitate communication with diverse customer groups. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple leads, follow-ups, and sales processes efficiently. Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with inventory management systems is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and outstanding phone etiquette. Experience in dealership environments or retail sales settings preferred; knowledge of automotive inventory control is a plus. Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately for pricing strategies and deal structuring. Public speaking skills for representing the dealership at events or community functions. Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term client relationships through effective upselling techniques.
