Job Description

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team. This role coordinates customer communications, prepares proposals and sales documentation, tracks project progress, and serves as a liaison between customers, sales representatives, production, engineering, and installation teams. The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience and efficient execution of sales activities. Key Responsibilities Sales Support Assist sales representatives with customer inquiries, quotations, and proposals. Prepare and maintain sales contracts, purchase orders, and related documentation. Track sales opportunities and update customer information within the CRM system. Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-up activities for the sales team. Generate sales reports and monitor performance metrics. Customer Service Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales process. Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, delivery schedules, and project status. Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up. Project Coordination Coordinate with engineering, drafting, production, logistics, and installation departments to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project timelines and communicate updates to customers and internal teams. Assist with order processing and project scheduling activities. Administrative Duties Maintain accurate customer records and sales files. Prepare presentations, marketing materials, and sales correspondence. Assist with trade shows, events, and promotional activities. Support management with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Minimum 2 years of sales support, customer service, project coordination, or administrative experience. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Construction, modular building, manufacturing, or building products industry experience preferred. Reporting Structure Reports directly to the Sales Manager, Director of Sales, or other designated Company representative.
Pay:
$23.41 - $30.60 per hour
