Role:
Join ComForCare Home Health Care as a Business Development Coordinator in Hilton Head, SC, where you will play a vital role in expanding our reach and enhancing our services. This position is perfect for someone passionate about improving the lives of others and eager to contribute to a growing team.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth. Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral sources, and community partners. Assist in the creation and execution of marketing strategies to promote services. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors. Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless service delivery. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate business performance and opportunities. Participate in community events to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Support the administrative tasks related to business development initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Passion for helping others and commitment to quality care. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Compensation:
