Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Fitness Sales professional to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving membership growth, promoting our fitness services, and building lasting relationships with clients. Your enthusiasm for health and wellness, combined with your sales expertise, will help inspire individuals to achieve their fitness goals while contributing to the overall success of our facility. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills within a vibrant, health-focused environment. Responsibilities Engage with prospective members through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and territory management to generate new leads and expand our customer base Conduct product demonstrations and provide personalized fitness consultations to showcase our services and facilities Manage existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships, upselling additional services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase market share within assigned territories Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress while analyzing sales data for continuous improvement Coordinate marketing initiatives and participate in community outreach events to boost brand awareness and attract new clients Negotiate membership packages and service agreements with potential clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term loyalty Experience Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or retail sales with a focus on customer engagement and relationship management Strong background in management or team leadership within a sales environment preferred Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead generation, account management, and territory management Demonstrated success in technical or product demos, upselling, and direct sales strategies Excellent negotiation skills combined with analysis skills to assess client needs and tailor solutions effectively Experience in marketing or business development roles that involve territory management or inside sales is highly desirable Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to sales opportunities
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
